Available in aluminium, steel, and stainless steel with powder-coat finish.
Every Airotek combination grille is engineered to meet the demands of commercial and industrial HVAC systems — combining effective air filtration with architectural appeal and long-term serviceability.
Airotek manufactures a comprehensive line of combination filter grilles incorporating three distinct face types — louvered, cubed core, and perforated face — to suit a variety of HVAC design requirements. All grilles are engineered to accept either 25 mm or 50 mm thick filters and feature a hinged face panel for rapid, tool-free filter access during routine maintenance.
The full range is available in extruded aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel construction, making these grilles an ideal solution for both standard and corrosion-sensitive environments. Their versatile design makes them equally suited to supply, return, and exhaust air applications across offices, hospitals, hotels, clean rooms, and industrial facilities.
In addition to the combination filter grilles, Airotek offers a broad selection of functional and aesthetic grilles and registers engineered for standard to heavy-duty air distribution and filtration duty — ensuring consistent airflow performance throughout the HVAC system.
The CG-PF Series perforated face filter grilles — constructed in aluminium or steel — are specifically designed for return and exhaust applications that require low pressure drop and low sound levels. Key design features include:
Designed for demanding HVAC environments, Airotek combination grilles deliver measurable performance benefits across installation, operation, and maintenance.
Choose between extruded aluminium profiles or stainless steel perforated sheet front panels — matching structural requirements and corrosion resistance needs of your project environment.
The removable core assembly allows filter replacement and fan coil unit access without dismantling the entire grille frame — significantly reducing downtime during scheduled servicing.
Combination grilles can be specified with an integral air filter holder and/or an opposed blade damper (OBD) for precise airflow control — eliminating the need for separate volume control components.
All grilles carry an anti-static, 55-micron powder coat in standard RAL 9016 (traffic white). Custom RAL colours and anodised finishes are available on request to match interior specifications.
With 51% free area in the CG-PF series, airflow resistance is minimised — translating to lower fan energy consumption, quieter HVAC operation, and improved occupant comfort in noise-sensitive spaces.
Non-standard frame sizes, custom blade angles, and special finish requirements are accommodated through our in-house CNC fabrication facility. Share your drawings and we'll engineer an exact fit.
